Professional career
Minoru Kimura began his career at Nippon Life Insurance Company in 1990, where he currently serves as Managing Executive Officer and Head of Global Business. In this role he oversees the development and management of all Nippon Life businesses outside of Japan excluding the Australian insurance business. In his more than 30 years with Nippon Life, Mr Kimura has held various senior leadership positions within asset management, treasury and capital markets and the vast insurance sector. Between 2020 and 2022 he was the Regional CEO for the Americas and Europe.
