A broad range of digital initiatives are under way to build capabilities and drive change across the value chain – including new client acquisition, customization of investment advice, research and portfolio management, middle and back office processes, distribution and client experience.
WISE is Deutsche Asset Management’s white-label robo platform and has been launched in 2017. It allows our distribution partners to provide digital DPM services to their clients. WISE harnesses the human investment expertise of Deutsche AM’s Chief Investment Office to generate strategic asset allocations and portfolio solutions. It offers a flexible product universe which is defined in conjunction with our distribution partners and can include open architecture or DWS specific ETFs as well as active funds. WISE is designed to ensure a seamless digital journey for users which caters for the latest regulation requirements, including client profiling, suitability and appropriateness of portfolio solution as well as KYC.
With that solution we have significantly expanded our digital distribution capabilities.
With our new DWS App we have changed how we interact with clients and distribution partners. This initiative is establishing a new digital front-end user experience for 1.6m clients and 100,000 IFAs on our fund platform with €100bn AuA.
