Frederick joined DWS Private Equity in 2019 having worked in financial services for 10 years primarily in fund finance, middle office and business transformation roles covering hedge funds and fixed income. He was a Middle Office Director at KBC Financial Products setting up the operating and reporting protocols for the Hedge Fund Derivatives desk and has run financial project implementations at other institutions. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Prince 2 Practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Rhodes University in South Africa.
