Neel Mehta is the Chief Financial Officer, Private Equity at DWS, and leads the finance and accounting function, working alongside the senior investment team to drive growth and shaping financial best practice. He joined DWS in 2018 from Mayfair Equity Partners, where he built and managed the accounting and finance function, including fund structuring and regulatory planning. Prior to this he was the Finance Manager at Keyhaven Capital Partners where he transformed the entire back office operations, systems and processes. Neel has over 12 years of experience in private equity and joined the business with a thorough understanding of the private equity life cycle, including fundraising and limited partner due diligence. He is a member of the BVCA Regulatory Committee, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a BA (Hons) in International Accounting and Finance.
