Stephan Accorsini joined Deutsche Bank Group in 1988 and DWS in 1997. After working in operations in various functions, he served as a project and process manager for IT Implementations, fund and custodian migrations, business integration projects, optimization projects, process improvements and new control processes.
In addition, he has been a member of the Workers’ Council of DWS Investment Group since 1998 and currently serves as Chair of the Works Council, spokesperson of the Economic Committee (Wirtschaftsausschuss), as well as member of the Group’s Works Council and the European Works Council of Deutsche Bank Group.
