NEW YORK, NY – DWS is pleased to announce a key real estate transaction in Orlando, Florida, Princeton Oaks II, a five-building industrial park totaling 519,886 square feet. This acquisition aligns with our investment strategy of acquiring best-in-class industrial assets in high-growth markets. The park’s infill location within Orlando provides tenancy direct access to key transportation routes within the metro. The property also benefits from proximity to a diverse workforce and limited new supply in its immediate submarket. 

The facility is Class A industrial product with modern design features throughout, including 30'–32' clear heights, LED lighting, deep truck courts, ample loading capabilities, and excess trailer stalls. The property’s high-quality construction and efficient design allow it to cater to a wide range of industrial users. This acquisition further diversifies our portfolio of industrial assets and strengthens our presence in one of Florida’s strongest industrial markets. Princeton Oaks II’s strategic location, best-in-class product, and strong tenant base position it as a core, long-term investment that we believe can deliver value for years to come.
