NEW YORK, NY – DWS is pleased to announce a key real estate transaction in Tamarac, Florida. Extra Space Storage Tamarac is a 65,193 square foot self-storage facility. This acquisition aligns with our investment strategy in the self-storage sector. 

The four-story property is located at the highly trafficked intersection of Commercial Boulevard and Rock Island Road, offering superior visibility. The facility is strategically positioned in a densely populated area with a mix of residential and commercial properties, creating favorable conditions for sustained interest in storage solutions. Delivered in 2022, the facility experienced rapid lease-up, highlighting the strong demand in the market. Extra Space Storage Tamarac is the definition of class-A self-storage, featuring 24/7 controlled access, two convenient entry points, fully covered loading bays, two elevators, enhanced security, and on-site management. 

This transaction aligns well with the best-in-class nature we are targeting in the space.
