We have detected that fraudulent individuals are misusing the "DWS" trademark and the names of DWS employees on the internet and social media. These fraudsters are operating fake websites, Facebook pages, and WhatsApp groups. Please be aware that DWS does not have any Facebook Ambassador profiles or WhatsApp chats. If you receive any unexpected calls, messages, or emails claiming to be from DWS, exercise caution and do not make any payments or disclose personal information. We encourage you to report any suspicious activity to info@dws.com, including any relevant documents and the original fraudulent email. Additionally, if you believe you have been a victim of fraud, please notify your local authorities and take steps to protect yourself.

The New York Stock Exchange will not be open on January 9, 2025, in observance of the National Day of Mourning due to the passing of President Jimmy Carter. Consequently, the DWS Funds will be unavailable for trading except for the DWS Money Market funds listed below. Normal trading will resume on January 10, 2025.
The following DWS Money Market funds will be open until 1 PM Eastern Time on January 9, 2025. The funds will only accept purchase orders by wire and telephone redemption orders with proceeds to be sent by wire, ACH or check and will not accept orders by any other means. If redemption proceeds are requested by ACH or check, the transmission of the ACH payment or the mailing of the check, as the case may be, will be delayed by at least one business day.
