New account application – (For businesses, foundations and institutions)
Used to establish accounts at DWS for various types of entities such as a bank, foundation, endowment, partnership, insurance company, limited liability company, S-Corporation and C-Corporation accounts, etc. (Additional documentation will likely be required to open one of these accounts.)

NOTES FOR CORPORATIONS
Include a copy of Certified Articles of Incorporation or a copy of a Certificate of Good Standing from the state of incorporation, issued within the last six months. These documents are not required if you’re a publically traded company.
A copy of the Corporate Resolution or Certificate of Incumbency or Secretary Certificate may also be accepted.
If not included as part of the documentation above, you can add authorized traders by providing a letter of instruction listing the traders, signed by an authorized party on the account.
Onboarding new banks or financial intermediaries
Contact Institutional Services at (800) 730-1313 (weekdays between 8:00am - 6:00pm ET) or your relationship manager to initiate a request for a new dealer code.
A standard Bank Selling Agreement & Intermediary Information Form for Banks will be e-mailed directly to you.
Complete and return to Institutional Services:
- Two signed original Bank Selling Agreements
- Intermediary Information Form for Banks (this form contains questions regarding general firm and customer information, key firm contacts as well as regulatory information)
