Donald Theodate is a Senior Capital Markets Specialist within DWS’s Systematic Investment Solutions team. He started his career in 2008 working with ETFs as a clerk to an ETF specialist on the American Stock Exchange floor. He then moved on to work as both a market-maker and lead market-maker in a number of U.S listed ETFs. He joined the capital markets group at Deutsche Bank in 2013, where he is focused on relationship building with market-makers and authorized participants, as well as helping to increase the liquidity and tradability of the U.S. listed Xtrackers ETFs.
Mr. Theodate holds a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College.
