We employ an internal, integrated, interactive partnership in our approach to developing optimally-constructed Client Target portfolios. Strategic plans focus on the pragmatic repositioning of the portfolio through the use of incremental capital and any rotation of capital identified through hold/sell analyses. We are able to invest in the full spectrum of debt strategies, including senior, stretch-senior, whole and mezzanine loans for both investment and development purposes. We work alongside our direct investment teams and leverage our extensive external relationships with sponsors/property owners, developers, brokers and major financial institutions to offer primary and secondary debt opportunities.
